Ursel holds a PhD in Economics from the Wirtschaftsuniversität, Vienna, Austria and a MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change from the University of Henley, United Kingdom.
As a coach, Ursel supports her clients in their physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
Often, it’s not life’s events themselves but our responses to them that disrupt our balance. How can we better manage stress, (re)claim our health and lead a happy life?
A calm attitude, physical vitality and a feeling of resilience are the goals of our efforts in the coaching sessions to keep the body and mind in balance.
Ursel is a certified instructor in Nancy Kline’s Thinking Environment methodology. In today’s fast-paced world, independent and uninterrupted thinking has become a rarity. It’s often surprising to discover how our actions, feelings, and thoughts transform when we dedicate time to think collaboratively. By embracing ten specific behaviours and attitudes, we create an ideal environment that fosters clear and creative thinking.
Ursel emigrated to South Africa in 1998 and founded the non -profit association www.yabonga.org, for underprivileged children affected by HIV and AIDS in their families.
Everyone wants to be happy, and the joy of others’ happiness moves one’s own joy.
Ursel requests donations to Yabonga to support the children of Yabonga as remuneration for her work.
